Just sad, isn't it? Makes me wonder what the Community and Economic Development plans and strategies are for the city...Government at all levels has become nothing more than talk, fancy presentations, "pie-in-the-sky" meaningless promises. Even more embarrassing knowing that Haltom City actually has a "Keep Haltom City Beautiful" program. Here is the information, maybe it can help?

Yeah, Thanks DontHackMe, I love Fran. She is awesome lady, with a true heart for the community. I keep meaning to reach out to them, Your right about the talk part cause they indicate grafitti is on the down, but list it seperately from all other crimes and cause there is no program for abatement nor plans for one since its the maintenance departments responsibility, no wait its someone elses responsibility, no wait, we got nothing. Meanwhile the grafitti stays on the walls and city and state properties. Its always someone elses problem. Funny thing is, they had a camera in the trees, yet dont want to put the pics of the offenders on the net. Hmmm. Meanwhile the trash piles up. It technically is next to the old dump,. which is what the garden of eden location is known for.

The grafitti remains but the rest was handled by the state, no response from the city.
