The right SB lane in this area is totally a mess and rougher than the Oregon Trail that preceded it in the 1850's. No way that it will make it to 2024, 2025, or 2026 or whenever the CIP says that it might be done. Come On Man!!! Topeka deserves better.

we will continue to monitor this stretch of road and make it serviceable until a larger project can begin. The city is looking to address some of these problem areas on topeka blvd sooner than originally planned in the CIP. Patching will occur on much of topeka blvd today. Thank you.

I do not know why this stretch of road is not being addressed properly. Topeka Blvd has been a mess for several years now. I have lived in the area for 20 years and why can't they figure out that all the manpower and the material through the years is costing more than it is worth. Everyone agrees that it needs to be resurfaced not patched !!

The section of street from SW 21st to 29th and SW 29th to 37th is in the CIP to be repaved in 2024. Engineering will keep ticket open for any updates.
