Hello anonymous COWARDLY neighbor. The dog barking at all hours of the night is B E H I N D 13 Tansey Drive on Monticello Avenue, NOT at 13 Tansey Drive! If you had the common decency to come knock on the door and say something instead of sitting on your fat a on your front step smoking & watching everything that goes on the neighborhood. But instead you hide behind an anonymous post on the internet... threatening to call the police no less?!? You haven't had the human decency to get face-to-face and say something because you are lazy cowards. I know who you are and I know YOU walk your dog through the neighborhood everynight, letting him do his business on everyone's lawns... aggravating the other animals to boot! MY pets are kenneled in the evening and overnight. They are not outside making noise. Grow a spine and come say what you have to say to our faces!
