School bus beeping at pedestrian trying to cross road; runs over in-road sign and speeds off.

between 3:20 and 3:45; bus was turning from Court to Olive, heading towards Grand. was attempting to cross and fix in-road sign. I believe it was a bus going to NHPS or to Elm City Prep which is right around the corner.
