This issue has been referred to the Department of Building Inspection Building Inspections under Complaint #201464061 & Electrical Inspections under Complaint #201464071. An electrical inspector is scheduled to inspect the property on Monday, April 7th 2014. The abandoned vehicle has been reported to the Department of Public Health Environmental Health under Complaint ID # 57360 and assigned to Inspector Roberto Arevalo (415) 252-3870. The cement work on the public ROW has been referred to the Bureau of Urban Forestry (415) 554-6700.
