Description
Frequently very large trucks servicing the new construction on the Shartenburg site (State north of Chapel) tie up traffic during morning rush hour when people need to get to work downtown or catch trains. Is there no way to schedule these deliveries at a time when commuters will not have to be so stressed? Either MUCH earlier (e.g. 6 a.m.) or after 9 a,m,?

I would guess that they are not supposed to be delivering during these hours.
