Description

There is a large POISON HEMLOCK along the railing going up the STO from Winslow. Someone walking on the wheelchair/pedestrian ramp who has their hand on the rail will touch it. It is located on the part of the ramp with the railing, about 3/4 of the way up from Winslow (just north of the John L Scott building parking lot)
