  Thank you for your consideration in this matter. Neighbor and his family have been aggressive and swearing at me and my family regarding the installation of these lights. These incidents have been going on for several years. This neighbor has dumped debris over my fence and has also entered my property trying to cut down one of our trees. He has had repeated bonfires in which the fire department has responded several times and warned him. He continues this behavior however. My family is very concerned about the behavior of this neighbor.
