Description

The east exit of Windsor Road on to Cold Springs is completely blind to any cars traveling on Cold Springs. Both pedestrians (there is a crosswalk there) and drivers exiting Windsor Road are in danger they cannot see cars traveling southwest on Cold Springs (and cars move VERY quickly on that road). Putting a traffic mirror on the southern side of Cold Springs, just across from Windsor Road would enable drivers and pedestrians to see oncoming cars across the bend.
