Thanks for taking the time to report your issue. Upon inspection, the Electric Department discovered that the box missing the cover is a cable box and the property of Verizon. The box in its current condition is not hazardous. Since we are not at liberty to repair Verizon equipment, your issue has been closed. If at any point you have additional concerns, we ask that you please report a new issue.
