Hello there!

The protected right turn traffic signal for drivers, exiting the 11th Street tunnel onto Lake Merritt Blvd, is a bit confusing. A red arrow should mean no movement, in that direction, but drivers are repeatedly inching out to the intersection to make that turn--sometimes quite unsafely. Cars who remained stopped are honked at and pressured to make the turn as well. Please put up a sign that reads "NO RIGHT TURN ON RED" to make it clear, if that is the intention of that traffic signal.
