Description

Fournier needs a bike lane. This is the best connection from west side neighborhoods to Newhallville and the Farmington Canal bike trail. I ride it frequently and there is no shoulder and the cars speed fast. It's also a place people fish. This section needs to feel like a park, not a raceway. Cars need to slow to 10-15 MPH. This would be a great extension of the planned Crescent St,. bike lane.
