Description
To the right, there has been construction going on for over a year. The sidewalk is currently closed (this has been intermittent, but lately frequent). Now, to the left, there is NEW construction work (which from the new 'no parking' signs seems to be scheduled for almost a month!). The sidewalk is currently closed there as well! So to go ANYWHERE, we now need to cross a very busy street (Palisade Ave.) in the middle of the block. This is not acceptable. How could these 2 construction sites be given permits to close the sidewalk when there are properties in between (in the middle of the block) that need access? Can something PLEASE be done to correct this?
