I noticed the issue address is reported at 22nd/Columbus but you refer to the bridge that I've seen that arches over 29th. I wonder if closing this and reopening it with 29th and Columbus as the address would help get it resolved. Good luck with this. I don't know if GPC (the contractor Tucson uses to clean graffiti) cleans those overpasses. Nice to have you out there reporting issues, every voice helps!
