Opis
Cars do not stop at this crosswalk. It’s like it’s optional for half of the cars that pass by. I have notified the police but I’m not satisfied with the response. This has been a problematic crosswalk for years, a report was filed in 2018 and as far as I know has not been resolved. Lines need to be repainted, additional safety features should be added.

If you would like a pedestrian sign installed, stop sign or pedestrian crossing ahead sign installed, these requests must be made formally to the Traffic Management Advisory Committee (TMAC). Any requests for new signs in Town have to be requested through TMAC. The TMAC meets the second Wednesday of every month to discuss and make recommendations regarding traffic related issues in order to make sure that action items are compliant with traffic safety rules.
