Update?

A notice went out to the owner on record who is deceased. I will follow up with our Law Dept. as it is my understanding that the siblings are deceased as well.

She passed away years ago, they had someone cutting the grass. Last winter there was also someone plowing the driveways. There's a car parked in the driveway, its been there for months. Maybe they could run the plate and contact someone that way? I'm guessing the car is there to make it look like someone's home.

The people associated with the house were there this morning and NO they did not have a lawn mower. Weeds are literally 4 feet tall.

This is the Law Dept. for further action.

Seems like issues that go to the law dep't end up in the abyss.

Now there's 2 problem property on Lachine st.

I signed an Affidavit for 49 Lachine so I think the wheels are in motion. There is another property that is tied to the deceased so I sent the paperwork together with the hopes of finding heirs.
