Description

Orchard Park Kroger has refrigerated trailer running at loading dock for several hours. The driver has dropped it and it appears that it will be running all night. No idea why they did not park it at the front parking lot away from our residential neighborhood. No walls to contain the noise at the loading dock or on the roof for the HVAC units are ongoing issues that Kroger is aware of and ignores. Ridiculous to have any noise ordinances or planning department when others are fined for minor issues like temporary signage.
