I did a follow up visit to see if they removed all the vehicles parked on the lawn and in the back of the home. Also there are unregistered at least 4 and a trailer.

This property is also dumping out a lot junk, like the car engine,tires and old furnitures etc around. It is really messed. It should need further more action form town.

I visited the property on Wednesday July 14, 2021. I spoke with an adult resident who will have the homeowner contact me, hopefully today so we can resolve the issue.

This property is still parking the vehicle on the extended concrete lot in the lawn, and the vehicles run over sidewalk for in and out. Is the extension concrete lot permitted from town? It is definitely not safety for people walk by if vehicles drive in and out from sidewalk.

It also appears that the rear deck has collapsed. The building inspector should also get involved !

Conducted a follow up inspection 8/12/2021. They are in compliance with the unregistered car ordinance. They were advised to obtain permission for a curb cut for concrete driveway.
