I would appear in order to have your vehicles repaired, there must be a report on file at one of the Government body, County RoadCommission, MDOT and or the City at, lease two weeks before your vehicle was damaged. Maybe everyone should use their camera phone, to submit a photo and address and not assume, that someone might have actual reported it or was it ever recorded!!
