Public Works - Highway Foreman 2 assigned this issue to Health 1

This has not been resolved. This is a neglectful property owner. Tall weeds are obstructing view when pulling out of Paper Street. Owner dumped dirt that was not clean in the lot months ago. Trash can be seen sticking out of dirt pile along with weeds that are 2-3 feet tall at this point. Now people are throwing glass bottles at the dump and broken glass can be seen alone the sidewalk. Absentee property owner apparently doesn’t care that this is a neighborhood where people live with children and pets.
