Description

For 3 years since installation of a new 6 ft water main along Neilson the concrete bus stop paving to curbside on 133 Neilson Northbound route has been torn up during temporary surfacing. It is a year round mud pie and particularly this past winter when the temporary tarmac curb has been eroded and "snow ploughed" up onto the boulevard. Late fall a public seat was installed (strangely) with the back to the road and quite close to and within 1 metre of the traffic. This bus stop is used extensively by transit users going north to Malvern town centre and to transfer to Shepard Avenue buses. Well worth a fix including relocating the seat too, facing toward and away from roadside.
