When is this supposed to be created? A few city officials had said it would happen last year, but it wasn't in the ECC bike plan.

Thank you for adding the bike lanes on Dixwell.

They were recommended in the City's 2002-2003 report - it's somewhat astonishing that it takes 10 years to add a stripe of paint, but as a former resident of Dixwell I know many residents in this area who will be very grateful.
