The Town has begun the process to foreclose. Public Works is assessing the condition of the property and will perform cutting & clean up.

The Public Works Department is at the property today cutting/clearing and removing vegetation away from the house and from the property in general.

Public Works cut and cleared the front and side yard along Rose. Some vegetation is starting to fill back in. Foreclosure was scheduled to begin in mid-late June. At this time the the legal process has to conclude before the vehicle can be removed and further clean up can be performed in the rear yard and rest of house.
