Description

Every time we get a heavy rain the street floods on Saint Louis St. between Lantz and Emery. he Detroit Water Dept. has been informed about this on numerous occasions and for many years the H2O Dept. has failed to fix the problem as promised (check-out Issue ID's: 4439623 & 2340877). The Directors Office is also aware of this ongoing problem and it is documented, yet nothing has been done over the years to pre-exempt the flooding when we get heavy rains. As usual inner-city Detroit neighborhoods are not a priority.
