Descripción

The scaffolding that was installed at this location for regular building maintenance needs to be dismantled and removed. The permit expired in December of 2007 and the work has long ago been completed, but still the scaffolding remains standing. It is an eyesore next to the historic Trinity Church and is hurting business within the building.
