the tree has been reported before. repeatedly. city still does nothing. city had cleared only part of the broken sidewalk and had reportedly stated they would be back to replace the sidewalk. that was a few YEARS ago. The tree is also a dangerous hazard. I have not only seen the branches falling, I was almost hit when I was walking the dog! this is a neighborhood of much older citizens and if one of these falling limbs were to fall on them, they might not survive. the elderly do tend to break easily. the homeowner that lives closest to the tree is contantly picking up branches etc. The tree is a danger. cut it down.

still there, sidewalk faling apart and i saw an old manstir on that freaking sidewalk and fall. good think I am a nurse AND was looking out the window.who know how long h would have beenthere. Checked him out completely, his pride washurt the worst. and he said if I helped him up he was sure he could walk. I did. he walked just fine. poor guy
as for the tre... I now have over $600 dollars damage from this tree on my car. TOLD the city, TOLD Forestry, TOLD EVERYONE I could think of, so i guess the city willwait until someone is killed or breaks bones before they look at this tree.
