330 Myrtle Avenue, the abandoned factory adjacent to the Lofts on Lafayette, is completely blighted. It is and eye sore, is bringing down property values, and is leading to many car thefts as well as grafitti.

The building still remains in the same condition and is only getting worse. Bricks are falling out of the building onto the sidewalk. The city has not even closed the sidewalk. Someone is bound to get very injured.

your map shows this address to be in Boonton. I know for a fact that there is no 330 Myrtle Ave in boonton. There is a 300,304,326,and 327 Myrtle Ave. Myrtle Ave in Boonton is adjacent to Main St. at one end and Wootton St. at the other. I believe you the wrong town.
