Paulus Hook needs enforcement. Vehicles speed along Grand, even with the narrow lanes; the blow by stop signs and rarely stop before turning right on red. With the number of pedestrians, including those with strollers and young children, bicycles and motorised mono-wheels and scooters that ride in the sidewalk, Paulus Hook isn’t safe for people walking down the street. Grown ups riding on the sidewalk when we’ve got protected lanes (which many responsible cyclists do use) is ridiculous. Put JCPD down here and start writing tickets.
