Description

Weeds from the neighboring property are growing at an excessive rate and are now protruding through my fence. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue with the owner (Ivy Hill Apartments) but unfortunately there has been no action. in addition there is posion ivy growing on that property and coming through my fence (Ivy Hill does not own this fence by the way..the old owner of my home installed to keep the wild life out of his yard years ago)
