If there was something that was not going to be taken or wasn't there correctly there could have been a response in the acknowledgement I clearly sent accurate pictures and the couch wasn't taken I explained I was disabled and couldn't get it all the way to curb if that wasn't acceptable it could have been mentioned in the acknowledgement
