the storm several weeks ago tore half a tree down and it fell across the sidewalk. The house that the tree is in front of is abandoned and the bank has been notified but nothing has been fixed. We notified the city and they said if it is blocking the sidewalk that they would clear it, but they never came out. The HoA was notified, but also has done nothing. it is unsightly and it forces children that have been dropped off by the bus to walk in the street to get around it.
