Homeless people using inside of dumpster enclosure for a toilet including urine and solid waste. The dumpster is the property of Hawthorne Square shopping center and located in the 3400 block of Roseland Street adjacent to 3416 Roseland and is not locked so anyone can access. The dumpster is also next to an open deck on which food and drinks are consumed that belongs to Griffs Bar.
