So what is it you want corrected? Spell it out

There needs to be some sort of deliniator, maybe those raised yellow bumps or the gray reflectors, so that when people stray out of their lane they get some sort physical stimulus. A good friend of mine who drives amototorcycle explained the problem to me: Silver isles bends to the right, so as people turn their heads to the right to check for oncoming traffic before they turn left, they subconsciously turn the steering wheel in the direction they are looking

I agree - it's a problem. I just lay on the horn whenever somebody does this to me, which is all the time. A sign that reads "stay in your lane when turning left" (or something similar) may help. I doubt the city will do anything - they can't even cut the grass in the Silver Isles median.

normally they'd put a stop light here...but that annoys people. And gets complaints. And quite often causes more serious complications.

I find that most people fake left, then turn right, and vice verse....they were never told not to do it, and haven't been hit yet while doing it, even then they don't think they did wrong. People in SUV's do it more extremely... most vehicles have a blind spot, and people can't see the lines. They also never position their mirrors for this. Some mirrors can't be adjusted like this. Everyone i've asked when i noticed they did it, don't notice they are doing it. half were on a cellphone...or had a radio on.

The weaving is really bad in the night and early morning. There were alot of birds here too.
