This house has is constantly revolving renters who party and trash the neighborhood. How the renters trash the neighborhood is beside the point really as having a house rented as a short term property that exceeds the turn over rate 20 fold every year is a joke. Why have rules if companies like this can bypass them?

There are lots of properties on The Isle of Palms renting on a short term basis. Many are using Air B and B. This is never good for a neighborhood.

They never stopped using this house as a rental. The 'warning' did nothing.

And for the 15th time THIS YEAR. This "owner" has renters in the house via air bnb and out street is flooded with cars. Of we move into a neighborhood with a NO short term air bnb clause why does this guy get to make our street party central while filling his pockets and screwing without our safety and comforts.
