Description
Who is responsible for the deplorable and unsafe conditions of the sidewalks at the Back Bay MBTA station? This is a major station for residents, visitors and tourists and certainly does not reflect well on our city.

JB--I set up a watch area for the City of Boston's Department of Public Works and the Department of Transportation.
DPW, DOT--Do you know who has authority over the MBTA stations?
Also, I set up watch areas for you. You can adjust the frequency of the emails that your receive.
Best,
Jennifer

The marker is in the wrong place -- this is nowhere near the Back Bay T station.
Also, the description is very vague. Where exactly are the sidewalks? It's a big station with several entrances. And what is damaged about them?
