I sit here every day waiting for this light to change so I can turn left onto e lafayette to get to my house. sometimes it cycles the pedestrian lights, but not the traffic lights. based on traffic patterns this should be a stop sign the only reason to turn left here is to get to a house on lafayette, and franklin is a one way street.
