SERIOUSLY every think some people have allot going on in their lives to worry about oil stains or cracked concrete. Or what if they can't afford to fix leak they have in their vehicle so it leaks into THEIR driveway .. Oh wow several inches high due you realize we are in rain season grass is going to grow like that over night.. And you calling people names is ridiculous you don't know them if you have such an issue with them you should speak with them about it. But right now allot of families are trying to keep their homes & families fed not worry about minor issues because a neighbor complains ..
