There are dozens of speeders daily on Montecito between Shoreline and the Elementary school. There is a curve, with parked cars close-by on both sides, then a straightaway towards Shoreline where they really let it out. Hundreds of people jaywalk to the shopping center from the apartments across the street---this is a deadly wreck waiting to happen, and easy pickings for law enforcement.
