There are some new neighbors moved into 115-117 27th Ave San Mateo recently. They had hosted 2 outdoor parties so far. Both of them went deep into the night, beyond 10pm. They were making noise loud enough that I could heard them in an apartment nearby. Furthermore, the lights they were using is beyond the brightness of the street lights. It is very annoying.
