Description

Intersection is hazardous. When two cars are facing off and both want to turn left, cars behind them are passing on the right to go around. I've witnessed so many near accidents. This is also near a towpath trail entrance and many on bikes are traveling here as well. Needs some type of barrier to prevent passing on the right.
