This has been a major issue on NW 4th Ave too. Parking enforcement has been out on my street a lot issuing tickets, but the city refuses to paint parking lines on our street. Most days a car is parked partway across our driveway. The city put up no parking signs next to the apartment so they don't have to deal with it, instead all the people from the apartment park in our neighborhood.
