Description

Downing Street and many of the side streets in Fair Haven have become a mecca for excessive speed and racing. I saw a driver go down Downing Street going about 100 miles per hour early this evening. Moments after he blew through the intersection of Downing and Chatham headed northbound, a man with a child in a carrier on the back of his bike crossed this same intersection. Please, NHPD, take notice. This is incredibly dangerous!
