Description

The "No Outlet" or "Road Closed Ahead" sign is missing. My family and friends were almost struck by a wrong way driver on Jefferson street on Sunday evening twice. First incident was by a vehicle that came down spring st and made a right to go north on Jefferson st. Second incident was by a lifted black jeep Wrangler unlimited that first pass was headed south until a backhoe prevented further travel. The jeep then came back north at a high rate of speed well over 25mph. Please put up more obvious signage or write some tickets.
