Good morning! I’ve already raised concerns regarding an ongoing issue about homeless encampment since we lived here on September 2020. This is causing us feelings of worry, concern, and anxiety. Until now, nothing has done. Instead, it’s getting worst. The area is now used as a dumping ground by fly tippers. You could even smell the foul odor from our property specially at night.. I also noticed insects, cockroaches and rodents.. Im really concern about my family’s health and safety..

The HOPE Team, along with Code Enforcement, has been working on this property since earlier in the year, a private property belonging to the Hills Apartments. We are working with their management to assist in the cleanup, and Code Enforcement is working on fines for the property owner to ensure they take care of the dumping.
Hopefully, over the next few weeks, the situation will be taken care of. The HOPE Team and Code Enforcement will follow up with the property weekly until completed.
