  I didn't close this one. I had closed the swale one. I need this fixed. I can't get to my mailbox sometimes. The city fixed in front of my neighbors over a year ago.

  Thank you for submitting this issue. Our staff has inspected the area and determined it is in need of being regraded. We have added it to our schedule. Due to the high volume of drainage requests, we anticipate it will be months before the regrading occurs. Since it is a long term item, we are closing out this request on SeeClickFix.
