Description

Tenants residing on the 2nd floor of a multi family resident have a lot traffic(known drug dealers & users) in and out of their apartment & play excessively loud music from 11 PM- 3 AM
The police have been called on two different occasions but the traffic & noise continue. This apartment is by far the noisiest on the block & a nuisance
