Description
I tried to use the app on my 4s iPhone to take a picture since it was worth 1000 words, but the app is still totally broken, will not even open up.
So, here is a description, the sidewalk from 270 - 292 South Willard Street is broken and at least two of the squares are now totally gone down to the mud. It is time to replace it.
Thanks,
..michael..

Mr. Rooney,
Yes, city staff members do read the comments. There have been nearly 10,000 reports on SeeClickFix since we started using the tool a few years ago. When issues have multiple comments it can get very difficult to track every comment on all those issues. The particular issue you are asking about is not my department’s area of responsibility. I would not normally respond to sidewalk complaints except for your personal note to me on this one. Code Enforcement handles rental property inspections, housing complaints and zoning issues as our primary functions. The Department of Public Works is responsible for sidewalk issues.
I will pass on your comment to the correct staff members.

Thank you Mr. Ward :-) , I knew it was not an issue for Code Enforcement. Knowing you, I also knew you would respond while I was not confident in anyone else responding. I have asked more than once on SeeClickFix and also on the phone when these decrepit sidewalks would be fixed but nobody ever said when, they just replied, it will be put on the long range plan which means to me I will likely not live long enough to see it.
Thank you for your help, you are one of the "good guys."
Regards,
..michael..
