This property was cited and is incurring daily fines. The owner has been in contact with the Town manager's Office and insists that he will get the property straightened out.

Despite the owner insisting the property will be cleaned up after 2 months nothing at all has been done. Really is a shame that the owner is allowed to get away with not maintaining the home and neighbors are forced to see their property values fall.

Nothing has changed at all despite whatever assurances the owner made to Enfield that this eyesore would be cleaned up. He has returned to Florida so it is evident that the neighborhood will continue to see their property values decreased because of no action being taken by the town. Enfield stated that he was incurring fines which I highly doubt as I think things would have gotten done if that was true. The Fire Marshall should inspect this property before a tragic event happens. What is really the point of having SeeClickFix if nothing happens to benefit the tax paying townspeople that use it?

Almost Christmas and not a thing has changed. The town managers office is a joke as well as See/Click/Fix.

The owner of the property has been paying the fines which he has incurred. The fines continue to grow as the repairs to the property haven't been made. When I last spoken with him he was complaining about not having a ladder to repair the damage to the roof and siding. Unfortunately, there is not much more that the Town can do as liens have been placed upon the property.
