I reported this over a month ago and got no reply and no action has been taken. I respect that your busy with higher priorities, but I also suspect other residents with similar issues to mine have already been resolved. Can you please provide me with an update on when you expect to address my issue. Fall is fast approaching and I'm hoping to have these limbs trimmed back prior to the foliage onslaught. Thank you.
