Descripción

The light is green for the traffic coming out of Plainfield Ave for entirely too long. Shorten that green so River Rd can move faster.
Also, traffic turning from River Rd will drive over the sensor to get into the gas station, and the light will turn green for Plainfield Ave when nobody is there.
